Dream like a Bohemian. Work like a Boss.

Through the years one thing I got to terms with is change. Be it change in climate or change in your daily life, this is one thing that’s forever constant. Just like that, another thing that’s a constant with fashion is change! Am I sounding too confusing? Maybe, I am! But having said that, I’m so glad that all threw my growing up years, I have been experimental with my style.

I have always enjoyed switching looks, trying out new haircuts, mix & matching outfits, playing with new styles & sometimes keep up with the trends too. It’s all been so much fun & I’m glad that you all could be a part of my this journey since the past 3 years. Time’s flying & we have all grown as one big family with my blog turning 3 this year.

In the past 3 years especially, my personal style went through a lot of changes. Before I got to penning this post, I had a moment with myself where I went through my previous fashion posts & how with every passing year, there’s something new that I have adapted. &&& as I’m making way into my third year, I under went yet a series of some distinctive changes.

For starters, I took this bold decision of chopping my long hair all the way short till my shoulders. I took upto to fitness & enrolled myself at Golds Gym to get fitter & look better. I made monthly visits to my Dermat a routine & followed a healthy diet. Not just that, my dressing style too shifted from girly to more of an entrepreneurial woman. Oh, the very sound of it makes me suddenly so confident.

While I was putting together this story, I had glimpses of my transformation journey with every shot & I strongly feel that it is so visible in my eyes. I wore this stunning gown that comes with an attached choker from the label Tisharth, who is owned by celebrity designer Shivani. The minute I slipped the dress on, I felt nothing but beautiful. Looking at myself in the mirror I could only smile at how I bid adieu to my long hair & got myself looking so French. Bonus points for quick hairstyling time. Literally under 5 minutes I’m done crunching my wet hair with my favorite Bed Head Foxy Curls Contour Cream.

My makeup too is no longer the same. During my college days I would wear a lot of kohl but as I have grown up, I prefer minimalist makeup with tonnes of mascara of course, no kohl or very little brown kohl, & a beautiful lip. &&& as we all know, what is a woman without her stilettos. I had mine one & I knew I was ready to take on my Monday head on – just like a strong entrepreneur who is also fashionably inclined.
